At Dalton Holmes Gray, our defence team deals with a wide range of offences, providing expert advice and representation at Police Stations, Magistrates’ and Crown Courts. If you have been arrested, we have a 24-hour emergency police station service for immediate telephone advice and/or attendance at a police station regardless of the nature or seriousness of your case.
Extradition Law
Our department has extensive knowledge and experience contesting requests for extradition from both EU and non-EU countries. We provide representation from the very outset through to appeal. We also provide specialist advice on mutual legal assistance and challenging INTERPOL red notices.
